September 21 | World Gratitude Day

It’s easy to get overwhelmed by metrics and milestones, but World Gratitude Day is a welcome invitation to slow down and savor our wins. When I look back, I usually see that most wins are a shared—made possible by the clients and partners who believe in the work we’re doing. Use World Gratitude Day to show your audience what you’re truly grateful for.

Option 1: Build Brand Awareness — The Gratitude Series

The Strategy: Kick off a recurring series that spotlights the people who support your business. This keeps your brand top-of-mind with a positive, outward focus that people love to share.

The Example: I’m using World Gratitude Day to start a new tradition. Every week from now until Thanksgiving, I’m shouting out one person or partner who makes this business possible. First up is [Name/Business], because without their [Support/Service], I wouldn't be able to deliver [Result] for all of you. Stay tuned for the rest of the series—we have so many people to celebrate!

Option 2: Build Trust and Credibility — The Grateful Review

The Strategy: Share a testimonial where a client expresses genuine relief or gratitude. Using real human proof is the best way to back up your professional promises without sounding like a sales pitch.

The Example: Nothing makes the ‘messy middle’ of business worth it like hearing this: “[Client Quote expressing gratitude].” For World Gratitude Day, I’m sharing this review because it’s a beautiful reminder of why I started [Business Name] in the first place. I’m so grateful for the trust you put in me to handle your [Task/Service]. If we’ve had a win together recently, I’d love to hear about it in the comments.

Option 3: Drive Traffic to Owned Channels — The Visual Wisdom Share

The Strategy: Share a high-value quote or a gratitude guide and encourage people to click the link in your bio for more. This frames your brand as a source of both professional skill and personal inspiration.

The Example: “Gratitude turns what we have into enough.” I’m letting this quote guide my World Gratitude Day. I’ve put together a list of my favorite resources for staying grounded and grateful as a business owner over on the blog today.
